Embankment Gardens. Delissa Joseph (?) Chelsea, London SW3. Part of no. 21, the building at right, is on the embankment and faces the Thames. British History Online clearly states that Chelsea Court, which is at the other end of Embankment Gardens, is by Joseph, but it is not clear if he designed all houses on the triangular site.
