24 Nottingham Road. Pawtucket, Rhode Island. [Detail] This lovely small cottage in a quasi-Tudor style has some perfunctory timbering but departs from the Tudor Revival with the rounded peak over its entrance. Compare its second-floor decorative brickwork, which takes the form of square blocks at 45 degrees to the ground floor's horizontal rows, to similar brickwork on a grand Tudor-style mansion on Blackstone Boulevard.
