G .P. & J. Baker, Crayford, Kent. Founded in 1893 by two brothers, George Percival and James Baker, who took over the Swasiland Print Works. They bought patterns from all the major contemporary designers including Voysey, Butterfield, Haité, Mawson and the Silver Studio. As Swasiland Works they supplied printed textiles to Liberty's, Heal's and Story's. The firm continues today. [Arts & Crafts Textiles in Britain.]
