Mr Save-All is well-dressed, having benefitted from his savings, while Mr Money Love loves money as an end in itself and is seedy and ill-dressed, even though he is wealthy. The faces are appropriately hard and unpleasant, though it would be difficult, once again, to decode their moral characters without the caption and the detail of the money-bag.
