The circular light that crowns the three vertical ones depicts the Jewish High Priest — possible Aaron, Moses's brother —  in the Holy of Holies as described in Leviticus. The various details about ancient Israelite rituals, ranging from the High Priest and his garments to the scapegoat, were taken to be partial anticipations of Christ and his church.

At the lower right we see Elijah ascending to heaven in a chariot, another a type of Christ, so this window presents a network of connectons that run through sacred history as presented in the Old and New Testaments of which one center is Christ's resurrection.
