South Chancel window, Holy Trinity, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. Ornamental quarries with a cross, and the touching script, "Gone Home." The inscription plate beneath the window reads, "An Offering by William / Henry Jones Vicar of this Parish / in Memory of a loved and loving Father." Although the window, unlike the great East window, is unsigned, its predominant red and blue, and delicately patterned quarries, suggest that it might well have been another by the same firm, of Michael (1801-1867) and (1826-1873) Arthur O'Connor.

This second one fills a narrow lancet within a recessed tomb, and, as the brass plate indicates, is a memorial to William Jones's father. The elder Jones was the Corresponding Secretary to the Religious Tract Society, and his son, the Revd William Henry Jones, was responsible for the installation of the east window at around the same time. The words lower down in this narrow window are obscured by the glazing bars, but probably give the year of the elder Jones's death, 1855 — the very much larger East window was installed in 1856.
