While Gladstone in the garb of a farmer looks on sourly near a sign that proclaims, “Breeder [Csar] Nicholas sold to Old Nick [the Devil],” a dapper Disraeli pokes the Russian Bear-Pig, who is wallowing in falsehoods and evasions, while Britannia turns away in disgust: “Disgusting animal!” But all his wallowing in the diet won’t save his bacon.”
